Program Description
JCStrategies provides text messages in response to customer requests through two methods:

Phone callback requests: After an unanswered call, callers may use our automated phone menu to request one text containing a callback scheduling link.

Website inquiries: Visitors who consent through our website widget may receive text replies addressing their inquiry and coordinating a demonstration they request.

Neither method authorizes promotional text messages.

Consent
Phone menu: By pressing 1 after hearing our SMS disclosure, you agree to receive one callback scheduling text at the number you are calling from. Calling alone does not provide SMS consent. No text is sent through this flow if you decline, provide no input, or disconnect before consenting.

Website widget: By submitting the widget after reviewing its SMS consent disclosure, you agree to receive texts at the number provided about your inquiry and any demonstration you request.

Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase. You can contact [email protected] for assistance without requesting text messages.

Message Frequency and Charges

Phone-menu requests receive one callback scheduling text per affirmative request. Website-widget message frequency varies according to your inquiry and requested demonstration. Responses to HELP and opt-out confirmations are separate from these program messages.

Message and data rates may apply to messages sent and received. Contact your wireless provider for details about your plan.

Opting Out
Reply STOP to opt out of this SMS program. You may receive a confirmation of your unsubscribe request. No further program messages will be sent unless you opt in again.
